Aubrey Organics Makes My Twist Outs Fierce!

I am totally in awe of what Aubrey Organics does to my hair. When Shelli of Hairscapades reviewed the products a few weeks ago I was quite curious as to if the products would give me a little more volume as well as more definition.  Bam!

Now for gals with hair that naturally defines and gets big, this is nothing too impressive but my hair has always been fine and sort of limp. Without layers, it’s doomed to flatness. Thanks to Aubrey Organics, I get more volume and definition. I share in this video how I used the products:

Products I mention in the video to wash, condition and style this twist out

Aubrey Organics Glycogen Protein Balance Conditioner

Aubrey Organics Honey Suckle Rose Conditioner (cheaper here at Amazon)

Aubrey Organics Green Tea Cream Rinse (a 2-pack available at Amazon)

Dabur Vatika Hair Oil

Shea Moisture Coconut Hibiscus Shampoo (available in Target/Walgreen’s)

Yemeni Henna (to cover my grey)

Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm (Generic brand at Sally’s Beauty Supply)

Herbal Essences Hello Hydration (available in supermarkets)

Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil

Curl Prep Sweet Hair Butta

  1. Your twist out turned out really pretty. Girl, you are going to have to do a demo on the regime because I want to see how you added each product.

Do you know where you can find that Curl Buttah at?

  2. Get it girl!! You’re twist out looks awesome! I can never get my twist outs to look full at all. Short, limp, and crazy is what I get! LOL

    1. Thanks MJ. I know how you feel believe me! I read once that practice makes perfect when it comes to twist outs. I’ve been trying to get it right for about a year LOL. I guess practice does help

  3. Wow I can see the volume as opposed to other pictures. I get enough volume. In the back of my hair but I have some places in the front and side that refuse to curl. That’s what’s annoying to me lol but I but I hide it but flipping the flat hair to one side
