Jesus is The Reason, On Vacation….See You in 2016!

christmasgreeting

Happy Holidays! I’m so blessed to be able to share this blog, Fine Natural Hair and Faith with you.

I’m a full time working mom of a special needs child and this is the time of year where I like to spend the rest of the year with my special little boy. But before I do, one last blog post for 2015!

Jesus came because God the Father sent Him. He love us and gave His life for us so that we don’t have to die in our sins. He rose again for us to live forever with Him.

You may or may not know the details of Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection. I don’t want to take for granted that everyone does so here’s a summary:

Jesus’ mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. Because Joseph, her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly. But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”–which means, “God with us.” When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife.

Matthew 1:18-24

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:16

Jesus is the Reason for The Season!

I pray you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. See you in 2016…
