Andrew Lessman’s Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamins

UPDATED With A Video Review!

Andrew Lessman Healthy Hair, Skin, Nails

Tell the truth. You never stop trying to improve your appearance.

That’s the nature of most women. We want to be beautiful and we’ll do just about anything to achieve it (Remember my post on Celebrity Plastic Surgery?). That’s why beauty products are a billion dollar business.

One of the products that women (self included) tend to be interested in to become more beautiful is vitamins. We believe that if we take the right vitamins, enough of those vitamins, we’ll have prettier hair and more radiant skin. So, we consume these vitamins and we consume them with rigor – even if we’re not quite sure they are working.

There are so many vitamins on the market, it can be difficult to decide which ones are most effective.

Andrew Lessman’s Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails

A few months ago my friend recommended I try Andrew Lessman’s Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins. Apparently, it’s getting rave reviews and she swears her skin is now soft like butter. Who could resist skin that feels like butter?

So, I purchased these vitamins and have been taking them for about two or three weeks.

Are They Worth It?

Before I answer that question, let me say that I believe not every product works for everybody. Just because a thousand people say that a hair or skin vitamin works doesn’t mean it will work for you…completely. Perhaps you’ll notice an improvement but not as much of an improvement as you are looking for.

“Andrew Lessman’s Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails is a unique blend of nutrients selected to promote the growth of the healthiest hair, skin and nails possible, which comprise our body’s largest organ system – the Integumentary System.

The chemical structure of hair, skin and nail tissues is virtually identical, and one comprehensive formula is all you need to promote the health of all three tissues. The production of the specialized proteins that make up our hair, skin and nails requires high levels of Biotin and we now provide an exceptional 3,200 mcg of this essential B-vitamin, a nutrient generally neglected or provided only in minute levels (30 mcg) in typical multivitamins.”

So, are they worth it?

In the weeks I’ve been taking the vitamins, I can say I definitely see an improvement in my nails and in my skin. My nails tend to break and chip easily but I notice they are becoming a lot more resilient when I bang them against hard surfaces (by accident of course).

I also have a skin condition where the top of my back produces a little too much skin causing a sort of thickness of skin that sometimes itches.

Since taking these vitamins, my skin itches far less (about 90%) and is much smoother. Taking these vitamins along with exfoliating my back regular has produced great results.

It’s too soon to tell if there’s hair improvement since I’ve been using a number of products that are jointly working together. The improvement I’m looking for is faster growth. I’m going to do a hair length check in a few weeks and will let you know.

These vitamins from Dr. Lessman are worth trying. I’ve used a number of brands of hair, skin and nail vitamins in the past and have not seen such fast results as what these offer.

Where to Get Them

If you’re interested in trying Andrew Lessman’s Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins, you can get them from HSN but it’s also available on Amazon.

Should you decide to try them, please come back here and share your results (and I believe you will see results).

P.S. These vitamins contain a high amount of MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), essential for healthy hair growth – Bonus!

  1. i am taking the hair skin and nails , i was very scared to start taking vitiams that i didn’t know much about but i am trying them now what i wanted to know is why aren’t they FDA approved this is my question please let me know

    1. Unfortunately, the FDA doesn’t approve any vitamins. However, I wouldn’t take all that much stock into the FDAs approval to begin with. They regularly allow cancer causing chemicals into our foods so they aren’t winning any trust points with me.

you just have to do your research. Plus the longer a product has been around without there being any ill effects, the more you feel comfortable with trying it.

    1. i think thy are pretty good over all. Like I mentioned I didn’t notice a chance in my skin from taking them but my nails definitely grew.

  2. Michelle,

I have been taking the Andrew Lessman’s hair skin and nails vitamins for about four months and I see a difference in my nails. I can say that the vitamins has attributed with the other things I am using for hair growth. My hair feels stronger but I can’t say that it’s to using only one product. I recommend the vitamins.

  3. Hi Michelle,
I believe using vitamins to help strengthen your hair, skin, and nails is important along with eating real food. Thanks for your honest review…this supplement is good because it combines all the vitamins you need in one….I’ve found myself taking a bunch of different things separately (you should see the size of my vitamin case!) so having them all in one is much more convenient!

    1. Hey Robin, I know what you mean. I have a shelf full LOL. But I’ve found this one to be really good. My girlfriend is a picky person and if she recommends it, it must be good :-)
