Faithful Self Care for Christian Women

Faithful self care shows up in the choices you make every day. In how you steward your time and energy, and how you approach things like hair care and physical care. This is all a part of honoring what God has entrusted to you.

Caring for yourself can be one of the most practical ways you honor God in everyday life. When self care is approached with intention, it becomes less about indulgence or self focus and more about stewardship. It’s tending to what God has already given you or placed in your care.

That kind of care often looks ordinary. It shows up in rest. In boundaries. In consistency. Also, in paying attention to what you need instead of pushing through on autopilot. (Autopilot is efficient, but it’s rarely thoughtful.)
